Prices and terms
The price is per night for the whole unit, not per person.
The price includes parking, bed linen, towels and tea towels, gas and electricity for cooking, internet, heating and the final cleaning. Tourist tax is not included.

What to know before you unlock the door.
- 15:00–21:00Check-in. Let the house know what time you'll arrive.
- 07:00–10:00Check-out.
- 22:00–06:00Quiet hours.
- PParking at the house, free, no booking needed.
- Wi-FiFree, in every room.
- ✕No stag, hen or similar parties. The units are non-smoking.
Is the price per person or per apartment?
Per night for the whole unit. For Apartment Maty the price for 1–2 guests is lower than for 3–4. Tourist tax is paid separately.
Where do I park?
At the house, free and without booking. Each unit has its own space in front of its own entrance.
Are there stairs?
All four units are entirely on the ground floor and have their own entrance.
Do you have a cot?
Yes, a cot is available free of charge. Mention it in your enquiry.
Can I cook?
Apartments Maty and Elen have a kitchen with a dishwasher (Maty also an oven), the riverside apartment a kitchenette with a hob. Room Milu has no kitchen, but a fridge, a coffee machine and a kettle.
Is there air conditioning?
In Apartment Maty. All units have heating and mosquito nets.
Can I do laundry?
Apartments Maty and Elen and Room Milu have a washing machine, and every unit has a drying rack.
How far is the centre of Tolmin?
The town square is 600 metres from the house, about 8 minutes on foot. The bus station is 6 minutes away.
